And beyond: We make the beer even fresher and more exciting by dry-hopping with the well-known Amarillo hop. Amarillo is special due to its very high myrcene content, which lends the beer an orange-citrus aroma, complemented by some floral, apricot, melon characters.

And beyond: Wort produced from organic barley malt is subjected to technological processes during fermentation that guarantee the final product to be gluten-free. Each production batch has a unique, accredited gluten-free certificate. The beer is brewed by traditional decoction mashing technology, the fermentation and maturation time of the product made with open ferementation technology takes 4-6 weeks, while its elegantly soft, malt-rich taste and floral-spicy aroma develop.
